How to apply
STEP 1. Apply “Departure Request”:[Spriocdháta: 23:59, Dé hAoine, 25 Deireadh Fómhair, 2024]Enter and submit the required information in the departure application. *If you are applying for the first time, you will need to register your customer information (free of charge).
*Important: Regardless of the type of listing, such as individual listing, representative listing, or grandchild listing, all businesses wishing to list must register. Please note that if you are not enrolled in STEP 1, you will not be eligible for entry.
STEP 2_1. Registration of products on Japan Street:[Spriocdháta: Dé hAoine, 8 Samhain, 2024 23:59]
The Japan Street office will contact you with the product registration form within 1-2 business days after you register in STEP 1.
*Japan Street is an online catalog site that can only be viewed by a limited number of influential overseas buyers who meet JETRO standards.

* Please follow the instructions in the email from the Japan Street Secretariat to check and correct registered product information, register new products, etc.
*Representative businesses that do not have any products listed do not need to register with Japan Street.

- For products scheduled to be displayed at this trade fair that are not registered on Japan Street, please register them using the dedicated form.
- Please check if there are any changes to the registration information.
- If there is a solution:
Please contact us for corrections or deletions within the page.
*Requests for corrections may take some time to reflect in the data.
Depending on the timing, corrections previously requested on other projects may not be reflected on the confirmation page. - If there is no modification:

STEP 2_2. Japan Pavilion Application Form Registration:[Spriocdháta: Dé hAoine, 8 Samhain, 2024 23:59]
The Japan Street office will contact you with the Japan Pavilion application form within 1-2 business days after STEP 1 registration.

*Company-wide registration is required for the Japan Pavilion application form (representative business operators with no products on display are also required to register).
*Products registered using the Japan Pavilion application form will be reviewed. The product details for review will be checked based on the information on Japan Street, so make sure to submit the latest information on Japan Street.
* In addition to products registered on the Japan Pavilion application form, products registered on Japan Street can generally be displayed by the exhibitor and meet the exhibition conditions of this trade fair and the Japan Pavilion. Please contact the secretariat with the names of additional display products. Please note that if a product does not meet the listing conditions, we may ask you not to display the same product.
STEP 3. Post the exhibition application/approval form:[Spriocdháta: Ní mór a bheith ann faoin Aoine, 8 Samhain, 2024]Please complete the exhibition application/permission form (required for the individual/representative only) and affix the representative seal2 copy. The enrollment application/approval form is attached to the website, the auto-responder email after STEP 1 registration, and will also be sent to you when you are notified of STEP 2.
