Beyoncé surprise visit to “Renaissance” event
After the end of her “Renaissance” world tour, US superstar Beyoncé released a concert film of the same name in cinemas.

After the premiere of the concert film “Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé” in Brazil, an unexpected highlight awaited the star’s fans.
The US singer Beyoncé (42) celebrated huge success in 2023 with her spectacular “Renaissance World Tour”, which took her through North America and Europe. Just a few weeks after the last show, she brought her concert documentary “Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé” to cinemas for everyone who couldn’t be there – but initially only in the USA and a few other selected countries. Now the film was also shown in, among other things Brazil – and the singer didn’t miss the chance to stop by in person.
As the “Hollywood Reporter” reports, there had already been speculation in advance that Beyoncé might travel to the “Renaissance” premiere in Salvador, the capital of the state of Bahia in northeastern Brazil. After the screening of the almost three-hour music documentary, she actually took the stage at a “Club Renaissance” party in a silver glitter outfit.
“Brazil, I love you so much”
To the deafening cheers of her gathered fans, she announced: “Brazil, I love you so much.” When the first wave of enthusiasm had subsided a little, she added: “I came because I love you so much. … It was very important to be here, right here.”
She then began her so-called “mute challenge,” a ritual with which she completely silences the audience at a certain point in all of her concerts. Unsurprisingly, she didn’t even come close to achieving this during her visit in front of stunned fans. So “Queen Bee” only had to thank the crowd for their support over the past few years and once again assure them of their love.
