Surcharge of nearly BGN 25 million (BGN 24,794,572.32) was transferred to the accounts of farmers who submitted applications under the scheme “Aid to support the liquidity of farmers to overcome the negative economic impact of Russian aggression against Ukraine” this year.
We remind you that the approved aid budget for 2023 is in the amount of BGN 213,000,000 and is distributed in the following areas:
• “Livestock” – BGN 102,000,000;
• “Crop farming” – BGN 111,000,000.
In 2023, 2 admissions under the scheme were announced, with a total of 36,802 accepted applications, of which 35,364 are eligible for support.
In connection with the available residual resource, the Management Board of DF “Agriculture” decided to increase the applied rates at the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
