In 2022, Bianca Heinicke suddenly disappeared from the scene. The influencer now explains the reasons behind it.
For about a decade, Bianca Heinicke, also known by her YouTube name BibisBeautyPalace, shared her life on social media, reaching millions of fans. In 2022, however, there was not only a surprising separation from her long-term partner and then husband Julian Claßen, but also a withdrawal from the public eye. It wasn’t until the beginning of 2024 that Bianca Heinicke celebrated her social media comeback after a 20-month absence. As a guest on the show “Neo Ragazzi” she reveals why she needed time for herself.
“I was at a point where I said I hated people,” the 31-year-old explains bluntly. In a conversation with the ZDFneo hosts Sophie Passmann and Tommi Schmitt. Being recognized by many people on the street obviously put a lot of stress on her: “I couldn’t go anywhere anymore. […] And of course that does something to you. Especially when you are personally attacked on the street.”
Many people felt like they knew her personally because they followed her videos. However, Heinicke makes it clear: “In the end, people only know what I’m willing to share.” Today Heinicke is happy with her partner Timothy Hill. She was previously in a 13-year relationship with Julian Claßen. She has two children with him. Their shared family life shaped their content on the Instagram and YouTube platforms at the time.
Conversely, social media also had a strong influence on Heinicke’s life at the time and she lost herself in the process. “I lived for social media. My whole day was designed so that I could produce content,” she confesses.
She would make such decisions differently today and would rather use her reach in a positive way: “This number of eight million followers is not just a number, they are all individual people. That is so many people that you can reach with really great topics.”
