BOLZANO. Double theft in Bolzano supermarkets on Saturday afternoon. They were the ones targeted the Aldi in via Giulini and the Eurospin in via Renonright under the cable car.

In the first case, the agents of the Bolzano Police Headquarters intervened after the security guards had stopped a man at the exit of Aldi. The subject was identified as EMH, a 29-year-old Moroccan citizen with various criminal records and a Residence Ban in the Province of Bolzano together with a mandatory expulsion order with a ban on returning to Bolzano for 3 years, issued by the Police Commissioner. After returning the stolen goods to the Police, including bottles of wine and other products all hidden inside his backpack, the man was taken to the police station, where he was reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the crime of aggravated theft. The Police Commissioner of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, Paolo Sartori, in consideration of what happened and the precedents against him, issued an expulsion decree against him with a simultaneous order of removal from the national territory.

However, there are two protagonists of the Eurospin theft. The security guards stopped a man and a woman, already known for similar thefts, after stealthily stealing various goods and attempting to leave without paying for them. Once on site, the police identified the two subjects as AC, aged 31, and DSS, aged 28, both Romanian citizens, with previous convictions for various types of crimes, in particular theft, aggravated theft and receiving stolen goods. The two were then reported for the crime of aggravated theft. In this case, Police Commissioner Sartori issued two personal prevention measures against them with the mandatory expulsion order, with a ban on returning to Bolzano for the next 4 years.
