In Detroit, a crash involving three semi-trucks and about 20 other vehicles on Interstate 75 injured one person, according to Diane Cross, a spokeswoman for the Michigan Department of Transportation.

The Northeast is experiencing rain and a wintry mix, with freezing rain reported in parts of northern New York, extending to Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
