Qualifications and Experience
Amgen seeks a motivated sales professional with a strong background in healthcare or a scientific field. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant sales or clinical experience, an Associate’s degree with six years of experience, or a High School diploma/GED with eight years of experience.
Preferred qualifications include:
- More than three years of experience in sales, marketing, or clinical roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
- Product or hospital sales experience in specialized areas such as oncology, cardiology, or neurology.
- Advanced influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Strong local market knowledge.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Management.
- Adaptability and proficiency in key competencies like sales planning,dialogue,and results-driven performance.
