Johnson, who declined to answer questions about the absence of Britain’s current prime minister Rishi Sunak in Davos, pressed world leaders to stop worrying about “criminology” and Putin’s motivations and inner circle. “It’s hard enough to understand what’s going to happen in British politics, let alone the Kremlin.” He said Putin would not use nuclear weapons because the consequences would be too great.
“He will never do that because it will bring Russia into complete paralysis, he will lose all the land, all the countries that are still with him, the Indians and the Chinese.”
