Brazil travels to Tangier this Saturday evening (11 p.m.) to face Morocco where a tribute is planned in memory of Pelé.

Brazil and Morocco will pay tribute this Saturday evening (11 p.m.) to Pelé, since it is the first game of the Seleção since the death of the legend of Brazilian football on December 29 at the age of 82. The Brazilian players will wear a special jersey for the occasion which will have Pelé’s name written on the bottom of the back of each jersey under the number and name of the players.

The Brazilian Federation (CBF) also announced that a minute of applause would take place before the kick-off of the meeting in a Tangier stadium filled with 65,000 spectators. Portraits of the three-time Brazilian world champion will also be shown during the game on billboards around the field.
