This show, “the largest Moroccan real estate event in Europe” according to the organizers, returns after years of absence, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with the participation of dozens of exhibitors from the 12 regions of Kingdom, with a view to presenting a diversified real estate offer, reflecting the richness and variety of the Moroccan market.

In a statement to MAP, Samir El Chammah, president of Smap Group, organizer of this event, indicated that this edition allows us to reconnect with the public after six years of absence.

The 2024 edition offers an intense and diverse conference program, including highlighting the direct housing assistance program, which intervenes in application of the High Royal Instructions aimed at improving citizens’ access to decent housing, he noted, noting that emphasis will also be placed on standards of protection for both investors and clients and on the question of financing, knowing that a significant space has been devoted to notaries.

And to add that this edition is placed under the sign of “reunions”. “Six years is a long time, there may be socio-demographic and fiscal changes. In addition, there is a new generation of clients arriving, just like a new generation of Moroccan promoters,” he said.

In this sense, the results of this edition will make it possible to adapt the next edition, according to needs and demand, he said.

According to the organizers, SMAP Expo Brussels 2024 intends to offer precise information to potential buyers, guiding them through the necessary steps to guarantee the security of their purchasing operations.

With more than twenty-six years of experience, this event is the leader in Moroccan real estate fairs outside the Kingdom and offers a unique platform for investors, real estate professionals and the general public, we note.

The second stage of the “SMAP road show 2024” will take place in Paris, from May 24 to 26.
