BTS Update: Popular K-pop band BTS has announced that it is taking a break. The decision was made to focus on individual projects. The band announced the decision on Tuesday.
The announcement was made during the Festa dinner held to mark the founding anniversary of BTS. BTS members informed the fans about their personal projects and explained to the fans that the band needed a break to achieve the goal.
RM, the band’s leader, said that as a music band, the BTS world has made amazing strides. However, he added that at this stage each member of the band needs to rise as an individual artist.

Jimenez’s response was that he regretted disappointing the BTS Army. He added that the band wants to grow into the kind of artists that fans will remember.
Suga clarified that this is not like dissolving the band and coming back.
The band released their latest album last week to the delight of fans after a gap of two years. From day one, the album was spotted on Spotify’s daily Global Top 200 list.
The Bangtan Boys, also known as the BTS, are a seven-member boy band. Its members are RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jangkook, V, Jimin, and Jin.
