“The list of funds established with public and social purposes” was approved by the order of the head of state dated May 23.
This list includes the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Karabakh Revival Foundation, and the support fund for the support of the families of the wounded and martyrs in connection with the protection of our territorial integrity (YASHAT).
This document also confirmed the status of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation as a state institution.
The fund was established in 2003 and has implemented projects and charity activities in the social, humanitarian and cultural fields in Azerbaijan and abroad.
But the sources of the fund’s income are not disclosed to the general public.
