CARFO launches the first edition of its cup to promote solidarity between workers
Ouagadougou, 19 October. 2024 (AIB) – The Autonomous Retirement Fund for Civil Servants (CARFO) launched the first edition of the Solidarity Cup on Friday evening in Ouagadougou, in the presence of the Minister of State, Minister of Civil Service, Labor and Social Protection, Bassolma Bazié.
According to the general director of CARFO, Hyacinthe Tamalgo, the purpose of the competition is to promote social cohesion between workers and to raise awareness of the structure’s services.
For him, this competition will take place in a week and there will be communication on technical services from CARFO in particular, including retirement pensions and professional risks.
The Minister in charge of the Civil Service, Bassolma Bazié invited the teams to play fair and do acts of brotherhood on the field.
“In this competition, there will be no winner or loser. There will be only winners, as the main aim of this competition is to strengthen the solidarity between the sons and daughters of our country,” he said.
The High Chancellor of the Burkinabè orders, General Pingrenoma Zagré and many others attended the launch ceremony of the CARFO solidarity cup.
