Cepsa has created a new loyalty program that extends the discounts in force during Holy Week. In this way, customers who were already in ‘Because you come back’ and those registered with Cepsa GOW, the new application that is set to compete with Repsol’s Wayllet, will obtain direct discounts of five cents per liter on conventional fuels and six in those of the Optimal range.
The reduced amounts remain as in the first weeks of April when the modification that reduced these discounts by half came into effect. Gone are the days when users of the ‘Because you come back’ loyalty program obtained discounts of ten cents per liter on conventional fuels and twelve cents on those in the Optimal range. At the end of that campaign, the firm cut these discounts in half. The measure, which in principle was to be in force until April 17, is extended without an expiration date.
The launch of the new Cepsa GOW app incorporates these advantages, which belonged to the ‘Because you come back’ plan, and also adds new discounts of two cents for each kilowatt/hour in electric recharges and five for each euro consumed in store products or in laundry services.
Another novelty of the new Cepsa application is that it has signed agreements with “close to 40 collaborating companies, including Amazon, eDreams, Europcar, Mediamarkt, Pangea and Sprinter” so that GOW club customers can accumulate discounts of up to 10% of your purchases and “get annual savings of more than 300 euros”. Members of the ‘Because you come back’ program now enjoy all the Cepsa Gow advantages and their accumulated discount points will be converted into an equivalent balance in euros.
