Now the owner of a Chennai company has also done something similar. It has gifted 28 cars and 29 bikes to its employees. The models of these cars include Hyundai, Tata, Maruti Suzuki and Mercedes Benz. The name of the Chennai company which has given these gifts is Team Detailing Solutions. This company does business related to structural steel design and detailing services. According to an official, the company has gifted such expensive things considering the hard work and dedication of the employees. There are about 180 employees in this company.

Sridhar Kannan, managing director of the company, said, ‘We wanted to show our appreciation for their (employees) tireless efforts in the success of the company. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
He said that the company has measured the contribution of the employees on the basis of their performance and the number of years they have worked in the company. “Our employees have demonstrated extraordinary commitment and dedication,” he said. We are proud of his achievements.

Kannan said that he selects such employees who are highly motivated by things like gifts. Buying a car or bike is like a dream for these employees. He said that he has been gifting bikes to the employees. In the year 2022, he gifted a car to two senior employees.
Company is giving money even for marriage
This company is not only giving money to its employees for cars and bikes but also for marriage. Kannan told that if any employee of the company is getting married then he is being given Rs 1 lakh as assistance. Earlier this amount was Rs 50 thousand. This year it has been increased to Rs 1 lakh.
