The meeting in Cuba, which received the rotating presidency of the G77 from Pakistan, has the presence of the leaders of Brazil, Argentina, Colombia y Bolivia, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Alberto Fernández, Gustavo Petro and Luis Arce, respectively. The president of Angola, João Lourenço, and his colleagues Filipe Nyusi, from Mozambique, also attend; Ranil Wickremesinghe, from Sri Lanka; Thongloun Sisoulith, from Laos and Cyril Ramaphosa, from South Africa, among others.
