China and North Korea decide to strengthen their cooperation and friendship on the 75th anniversary of their diplomatic relations.
Both the People’s Republic of Chinalike the Democratic People’s Republic of Koreaare nations with a socialist economic system, which is why they have maintained good diplomatic relations for nearly 75 years and on the anniversary of said cooperation, the leaders of both countries decided “strengthen friendship” between these two Asian nations.

The Chinese Head of State, Xi Jinping, said this Sunday that he is willing to improve cooperation and friendship with the North Korean people and, for its part, North Korea, through a statement in state media, reaffirmed this alliance for the good of both countries.
“China is willing to work with North Korea to strengthen strategic communication and coordination, as well as write a new chapter in bilateral friendship.” commented President Xi Jimping through his country’s main propaganda agency.
Both China and North Korea have been commercial, diplomatic, political and military allies since the 1950s and in the context of the Cold War, both countries agreed to mutual protection in the event of Western aggression.

Currently, China maintains an influential commercial domain within the world economy, while its ally, North Korea, remains impoverished by its isolation and by the harsh economic sanctions imposed by the West, mainly by the United States.
