“No matter how the international situation changes, the Chinese country will always care about the countries of the Global South, stand by their side and support the accession of more Global South countries to the stability of BRICS as state members, partner countries or in the BRICS+ format. We will to build a powerful force in the Global South for the sake of a community with a shared destiny for humanity,” he said.
The President of the People’s Republic of China also announced his readiness, as a coordinator, to create an alliance of cooperation between think tanks of the Global South in order to promote humanitarian dialogue and exchange experience in the field of public administration.
“Based on the results of the third plenum of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, a comprehensive plan was developed to further comprehensively deepen reform and promote Chinese modernization, which will certainly bring greater opportunities to the whole world.
