Colombo (News 1st) Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi will pay an official visit to Sri Lanka tonight.
The Chinese Embassy in Colombo stated that he will be visiting Sri Lanka to mark the 65th anniversary of Sino-Sri Lankan democratic relations.
He will also hold discussions with heads of state tomorrow (09).
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is visiting Sri Lanka after visiting Kenya, Eritrea, the Comoros and the Maldives.
It is noteworthy that these four countries are financially dependent with China.
