The Dongo Agricultural Science and Technology Personnel Award is a very prestigious award in the field of agriculture given to an agricultural science and technology person who has led the development and dissemination of agricultural technology, increased the national competitiveness of Korean agriculture, and contributed significantly to increasing farm income.
Team leader Jeong Yoon-pil was recognized for his contributions to agriculture and rural development, including ▲preventing the spread of fruit burn disease ▲providing eco-friendly farm tomato hornworm prevention technology ▲spreading facility horticulture smart farming technology ▲spreading new technology supply projects ▲fostering farmer research groups ▲technical support for scientific farming practice.
