The board of directors of listed company City Bank Plc has declared 25 percent dividend to shareholders. Out of this 15 percent cash dividend and 10 percent bonus dividend.

The board of directors of the company has decided to pay this dividend to the shareholders after reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended on December 31, 2023. As a result, shareholders will get a cash dividend of 1.50 taka against every 10 taka worth of shares.

On Thursday (March 28), this information was revealed on the website of Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE-CSE).

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on May 30 to approve the declared dividend to the shareholders. For this, the record date has been fixed on April 23.

The consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of the company for the year ended was Rs.5.21. The profit per share of the company was Rs.3.90 in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

Consolidated Net Operating Cash Flow per Share (NOCFPS) of the company for the financial year under review stood at Rs.3.19. The company’s NOCFPA was Rs 11.42 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

Consolidated Net Asset Value per Share (NAVPS) of the company stood at Rs 31.42 during the reporting period.
