Claudia Sheinbaum reaffirms commitment to Joe Biden on migration and security
The president Claudia Sheinbaum and his counterpart from the United States, Joe Bidenheld a meeting today, Monday, November 18, within the framework of the G20 Leaders Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Through an official statement published on the White House website, it was announced that Sheinbaum and Biden reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining the cooperation on migration, security and economyas well as addressing “the scourge of transnational criminal violence,” based on the solid bilateral relationship between the United States and Mexico.
In turn, the US president reaffirmed the United States’ commitment to building “a prosperous North America” with well-paid jobs.
For her part, Claudia Sheinbaum pointed out, through her X account, that in her meeting with Biden she addressed the issue of good relationship that exists and should exist between both countries.
