ANTT defends the new contract with CCR MSVia, expecting a significant increase in tolls in exchange for duplication works and safety improvements, although at a pace that the population considers slow. Despite a guarantee of transparency from the TCU and openness to new proposals at B3, the possibility of CCR MSVia winning the auction was a source of dissatisfaction, there were concerns regarding the prioritization of the sections to be duplicated and the effectiveness of the improvements promised in the next few years. .

Those who took part felt an atmosphere of ‘forced marriage’ between ANTT (National Land Transport Agency) and CCR MS Via, who asked for the contract to be renegotiated, after they defaulted on the document signed in 2014 to fulfill.
