A statement from the ministry – received by ⁤the (INA) – ‍said: “Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, Benkin Rekani, conducted a field tour to inspect the work of the Qahtan tunnels and bridge within the Nisour Square growth project.”
The statement added, “The Minister⁢ also followed ⁢on the ground the work of the Abu Nawas Street expansion project, ‍and ‌the construction of the new Jadriya Bridge and linking it to the approaches to Nisour Square.”
Rikani confirmed – according to the⁢ statement⁣ – that “next month‍ we will open⁢ three ⁢projects in Baghdad, and by ‍the end⁤ of April 2025 we will complete all the projects of the first package to‌ relieve ⁤traffic congestion.”
