Mirco and Giulia there were two of the main characters of this edition Temptation Island. The engaged couples from Florence decided to participate in the program hosted by Filippo Bisciglia because they felt that their relationship was weakening and, after 9 years of relationship, there was no attention from one side or the other no more. In the boys’ village, Mirco had a great connection with the single Alessia and Giulia, in the girls’ village, often confronted Bruno the victor. The two men who were accompanying each other met at the bone fire of the confrontation.
Mirco and Giulia clash
«We came here to solve our problems, we didn’t come here so you could find a girl…
Instead, you showed me that you are a piece of me *** and that’s it, that’s what I saw.” Giulia began with these words as soon as her boyfriend Mirco joined her in the heart of the conflict. The boy replied – with a very tired look – like this: «It’s not true, I always put you first. From the first day, I always hoped to see a change on your part, but instead, I only saw that you criticized me, like you always had. I couldn’t get rid of the confusion in my head because you took my time, every time you saw me with Alessia, you called me, what should I have done?”.
When Mirco asked Filippo Bisciglia – how do you feel about his girlfriend – he replied: “I love Giulia but when you see that things are not going well… We are trying to fix things with last two years but we can not get a point.” Giulia then answered: “When he says he loves me, I don’t believe him because I want to show, more than words.”
End of story
When Filippo Bisciglia asked Mirco and Giulia the “decisive question”, she replied that she would like to go out with her boyfriend and he said that he would prefer to go alone. “Well done Mirco, good luck from start to finish… Luckily you said you love me, after 9 years of relationship, you have this crap. Congratulations”. Mirco and Giulia left separated and burst into tears: “9 years has been a long time, I wouldn’t have wanted it to end like this but I couldn’t take it anymore.”
