Prime Minister Modi, who held a high-level consultation on measures to prevent corona in India, has urged people to wear face masks in crowded public places and to increase the number of corona tests.
In a consultation held for about 2 hours through Mei Nigar, he requested that booster vaccination be encouraged for those who are vulnerable to the virus and the elderly.
It is reported that the Prime Minister directed all states to conduct an audit of operational readiness of medical infrastructure and oxygen cylinders and ventilators.
