They also register another 281 dead which brings the number of victims since the beginning of the pandemic to 151,296.
In the last 24 hours, 283,691 swabs were processed with a positive rate of 10.1%, down from 11.2% yesterday. There are 16,050 hospitalized patients with symptoms, 10 fewer from yesterday. There are 1,173 hospitalized in intensive care, 17 fewer since yesterday.
There are 1,590,615 people currently positive in Italy. In the last 24 hours there have been 76,553 healed. The total number of people who have contracted the virus since the beginning of the pandemic reaches 12,134,451.

LOMBARDY – There are 1,982 new coronavirus infections recorded today, February 14, in Lombardy in the last 24 hours and 77 deaths, bringing the total number of victims since the beginning of the pandemic to 38,076. This was announced by the Region. The swabs carried out were 28,275, for a total of 32,072,076, while the test / positive ratio stood at 7%. Intensive care admissions are decreasing: they are 162 (-8) while those not in intensive care drop to 1,913 (-21). There are 661 Covid positives recorded in the province of Milan in the last 24 hours, of which 296 in the city of Milan. This was announced by the Lombardy Region. As for the other provinces of Lombardy, 150 new cases are recorded in Bergamo, in Brescia 313, in Como 131, in Cremona 58, in Lecco 32, in Lodi 30, in Mantua 67, in Monza 154, in Pavia 119, in Sondrio 16, in Varese 180.
CAMPANIA – 3,035 new Coronavirus infections emerged in Campania today, February 14, 2022, from the analysis of 24,647 tests. In today’s bulletin released by the crisis unit of the Region, 29 new deaths are included, 18 of which occurred in the last 48 hours and 11 occurred previously, but recorded yesterday. LAZIO – There are 3,659 new coronavirus infections today 14 February in Lazio, according to data from the latest covid-19 bulletin. There are another 16 deaths. “Out of 8,874 molecular swabs and 27,329 antigenic swabs for a total of 36,203 swabs, 3,659 new positive cases are recorded (-2,287); there are 16 deaths (+10), 1,861 hospitalized (-49), 180 intensive care (-2 ) and +13,142 the healed. VENETO – There are 2,145 new coronavirus infections today 14 February in Veneto, according to data from the latest covid-19 bulletin. There are another 9 deaths, considering the difference between the total indicated yesterday by the Ministry of Health and that present in the bulletin released today by the region. The total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic in the region is 1,269,475, that of deaths to 13,569. The current positives, which are 105,436, still drop (-730). In hospitals there is a decrease (-12) in hospitalizations in the medical area, now there are 1,414 patients, while in intensive care (131) the situation is unchanged.
EMILIA ROMAGNA – There are 2,695 coronavirus infections today, February 14, 2022, in Emilia Romagna, out of a total of 17,360 swabs performed in the last 24 hours, of which 7,633 molecular and 9,727 rapid antigen tests. This was reported by the bulletin with the Covid data of the Region. Overall, the percentage of new positives on the number of tampons made is 15.5%. There are 32 deaths.
There are 113 patients currently hospitalized in intensive care in Emilia-Romagna (-8 compared to yesterday, equal to -6.6%), the average age is 62.8 years. As for the patients admitted to the other Covid departments, they are 2,118 (+51 compared to yesterday, + 2.5%), average age 74.4 years.
SICILY – There are 2,524 new infections from Coronavirus today, February 14, 2022 in Sicily, according to Covid-19 data in the latest bulletin of the Region. Since yesterday, 19 deaths have been recorded, of which only two today, while the others are from previous days. There have been 9,055 deaths on the island since the start of the pandemic.
Since yesterday, 1,770 people have been healed. Of the current positives, 1,314 patients are hospitalized with symptoms, while 116 patients are in intensive care. This is the division on a provincial basis of the new cases: 660 in Palermo, 648 in Catania, 341 in Messina, 167 in Ragusa, 165 in Trapani, 232 in Syracuse, 160 in Caltanissetta, 182 in Agrigento and 128 in Enna.
TUSCANY – There are 1,680 coronavirus infections in Tuscany today, February 14, 2022, according to numbers and covid data from the region’s bulletin. There are another 29 deaths. The new cases, 849 confirmed with molecular swab and 831 by rapid antigen test, which bring the total to 816,725 since the beginning of the Coronavirus health emergency, are 0.2% more than the previous day’s total. The healed grow by 0.5% and reach 736,501 (90.2% of total cases).
Today 6,934 molecular swabs and 8,221 rapid antigenic swabs were performed, of which 11.1% tested positive. On the other hand, 3,185 subjects were tested today (with antigenic and / or molecular swabs, excluding control swabs), of which 52.7% were positive. The currently positive are 71,558 today, -3.1% compared to yesterday. There are 1,193 hospitalized (3 more than yesterday), of which 85 in intensive care (4 more). Today there are 29 new deaths: 17 men and 12 women with an average age of 79.6 years.
BASILICATA – There are 327 new coronavirus infections in Basilicata according to today’s bulletin, February 14th. There are also another 5 deaths. 2,144 the total of swabs (molecular and antigenic) carried out in the last 24 hours. The deceased people resided in Melfi (2), Cancellara, Trecchina and Bernalda. 344 healings were recorded.
Pressure on hospitals is increasing again, there are 103 (+3) hospitalized for Covid-19, of which 5 (-2) in intensive care: 52 (of which 2 in TI) in the Potenza hospital; 51 (of which 3 in TI) in that of Matera. Overall, the current positives residing in Basilicata are about 20 thousand. For the vaccination, 1,660 administrations were made yesterday. So far 465.975 Lucanians have received the first dose of the vaccine (84.2% of the population which amounts to 553.254 residents), 431.378 have received the second (78%) and 325.091 are the third doses (58.8%), for a total of 1,222,444 administrations carried out.
ABRUZZO – There are 725 coronavirus infections in Abruzzo today, February 14, 2022, according to numbers and covid data from the region’s bulletin. Recorded 2 more deaths. The new cases (aged between 6 months and 100 years) bring the total of positives since the beginning of the emergency – net of realignments – to 244,402. Of today’s infections, 368 were identified through rapid antigen tests. The death toll of patients recorded 2 new cases (this is an 80-year-old from the province of Teramo and a death dating back to recent days and communicated only today by the ASL) and rises to 2,883.
The currently positives in Abruzzo are 106,137 (-349 compared to yesterday). 492 (-6 compared to yesterday) are hospitalized in the medical area; 25 (+1 compared to yesterday) in intensive care, while the other 105,620 (-344 compared to yesterday) are in home isolation with active surveillance by the ASL. In the last 24 hours, 1,653 molecular swabs and 5,418 antigen tests were performed. The positivity rate, calculated on the sum of molecular swabs and antigen tests of the day, is equal to 10.25%.
PUGLIA – There are 2,238 new coronavirus infections today 14 February in Puglia, according to data from the latest covid-19 bulletin. There are another 15 deaths. The new cases, identified through 27,842 swabs, are divided as follows by province: Bari: 617, Bat: 173, Brindisi: 173, Foggia: 443, Lecce: 632, Taranto: 172, Residents outside the region: 20, Province in definition: 2,244 . 96,359 people are currently positive, 741 are hospitalized in a non-critical area, 64 in intensive care. Overall data: 681,474 total cases, 8,324,021 swabs performed, 577,676 people recovered and 7,439 deaths.
FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA – There are 458 new coronavirus infections today 14 February in Friuli Venezia Giulia, according to data from the latest covid-19 bulletin. There are another 8 deaths. Out of 2,049 molecular swabs, 110 new cases were detected, with a positive percentage of 5.36%.
There are also 3,720 rapid antigenic tests carried out, from which 348 cases (9.35%) were detected. There are 33 people hospitalized in intensive care, while there are 401 patients hospitalized in other departments, said the deputy governor of the Region with responsibility for Health Riccardo Riccardi. As regards the trend of the spread of the virus among the population, the most affected group is the 40-49 year old (18.56%), followed by the 50-59 (18.12%) and 30-39 (13.32%) age group.
SARDINIA – There are 993 new coronavirus infections today 14 February in Sardinia, according to data from the latest covid-19 bulletin. There are another 10 deaths. Of the new cases 745 were diagnosed as antigenic. In total, 4267 swabs were processed, including molecular and antigenic. The patients admitted to the intensive care units are 30 (+2). The patients admitted to the medical area are 403 (-6). 33,986 are the cases of home isolation (+36). There were 10 deaths: 2 men aged 53 and 82, residing in the province of Sassari; 1 woman of 90 and a man of 92, resident in the province of South Sardinia; 2 women aged 76 and 83, residing in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari; 1 man aged 60, residing in the province of Oristano; 3 deaths in the province of Nuoro. CALABRIA – There are 904 new infections registered today, February 14, 2022, in Calabria according to the Covid-19 emergency bulletin released by the Health Protection Department of the Region. 5,113 carried out, while +1,180 healed and 6 dead (for a total of 2,008 deaths). The bulletin also records -282 currently positive, +6 hospitalizations (for a total of 349) and, finally, stable intensive care (for a total of 31)
