The indictment for those arrested for the wild incidents in New Philadelphia that cost the life of an AEK fan is heavy.
In the end, 103 people were brought to the Athens prosecutor’s office, against whom prosecutions were brought for a multitude of criminal offenses and primarily for the crime of criminal organization. However, the perpetrator or perpetrators who killed the 29-year-old AEK sports fan during the incidents have not yet been identified among those arrested.
A total of 104 people are being prosecuted, as one of them is being held in hospital for serious offences.

In the meantime, the competent authorities are examining all the mobile phones of the arrested, which have been confiscated, while at the same time the genetic material and the videos are being examined with the aim of identifying the perpetrator of the murder of Michalis Katsouris.
So far, however, the murder weapon, the knife, has not been located
with which the killing was allegedly carried out, although other knives have been found, which are also being scrutinized by prosecution and prosecutors.
The investigations into the case are being carried out under the supervision of the head of the Athens Appeals Prosecutor’s Office, Maria Gane, who is in direct and constant communication with the prosecutors of the first courts, in accordance with the order of the prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Georgia, Adelinis.
