A Cuban citizen was arrested near Benson, in the state of Arizona, for smuggling Mexican migrants.

The information was released by the Border Patrol on their social networks, where they stated that this Antillean was trying to introduce three people of Mexican origin to US lands.

In that sense, they also indicated that this detained Cuban had been denied asylum in the United States.

“A Cuban citizen, whose asylum case was terminated by an immigration judge last month, was arrested for attempting to smuggle three Mexican immigrants near Benson, Arizona,” Border Patrol Officer Sean McGuffin said in a post. of the Tucson Sector.
