These participants will benefit, until August 27, from training aimed at familiarizing them at RGPH 2024 with the use of electronic tablets and concepts related to the census, in order to facilitate communication with residents.
Provided by training controllers and municipal supervisors, this training is part of the training process for the human system mobilized for the realization of the RGPH scheduled from September 1 to 30.
This training also aims to raise awareness among beneficiaries of the importance of this operation, particularly in terms of developing the main orientations and strategies of the State and development programs.
In this wake, the High Commissioner for Planning, Ahmed Lahlimi Alami, visited two training centers for controllers and investigators participating in RGPH-2024 on Friday in Dakhla.
In a statement to the press, Mr. Lahlimi indicated that his visit to the city of Dakhla, first stage of a tour through several regions of the Kingdom, allowed him to meet nearly 400 controllers and investigators participating in the operation of RGPH-2024 in the Dakhla-Oued Eddahab region, noting that he felt among them “a sense of seriousness and responsibility and a complete understanding of this operation, which is being carried out for the first time in an entirely digitized”.
The spirit of mobilization and commitment demonstrated by the various participants in this census operation “reassures us about the success of RGPH-2024, the 7th of its kind carried out by the Kingdom”, continued Mr. Lahlimi who was accompanied during his visit by the governor of the province of Aousserd, Abderrahaman El Jaouhari, the president of the Regional Council, El Khattat Yanja and elected officials.
For his part, Mohamed Maarouf, one of the controllers participating in this operation at the regional level, indicated in a statement to MAP that this visit to Dakhla by the High Commissioner for Planning aims to inquire about preparations for RGPH-2024 at the level of Dakhla-Oued Eddahab, noting that all arrangements, particularly those relating to technical and logistical aspects, have been taken so that the operation takes place within the best conditions.
Mr. Lahlimi who chaired, Thursday in Dakhla, the inauguration ceremony of the new headquarters of the Regional Directorate of the High Commission for Planning in Dakhla-Oued Eddahab held, the same day, a communication meeting during which he underlined that all the conditions are met to succeed in this national operation, carried out in Morocco every 10 years, noting that global mobilization is a guarantee of the success of RGPH-2024.
The High Commission for Planning has designed dual training for the human resources responsible for carrying out RGPH 2024: the first theoretical training, online, took place between March 15 and June 15, while the second, which took place takes place in face-to-face mode, is divided into three phases.
The first phase took place, from July 8 to 20, at the central level, the second, from July 29 to August 10, at the provincial level, while the third phase took place, from August 15 to 27, at the municipal level.
