According to the publication, the Brazilian was hanging out at the ‘Sutton’ nightclub in Barcelona two days ago, when a girl who was there called security when she looked scared.
The media claims that the same girl claimed that the former Barcelona player put his hand in her underwear and allegedly touched her. After that, the security officer intervened. Those around Dani Alves strongly denied the events and point out that there was a very short time inside the club and nothing happened.
The Catalan police opened an investigation after receiving the alert about the alleged sexual assault in the same discotheque. The girl underwent a medical examination at a hospital in Barcelona and the police have already received a statement from her, while the complaint has not yet been finalized.
