The Executive Office of the Union of Lower Guinea has the deep sorrow to announce to the People of Guinea the reminder to God of Élhadj Sèkhouna Soumah, Kountiguigbé of Lower Guinea. Death occurred on Thursday October 31, 2024 at 2 p.m. in Conakry.
Let the following be particularly informed:
His Excellency the Lieutenant General, Mamadi Doumbouya, President of the CNRD, Head of State, the Prime Minister, Members of the government, the President of the CNT, the Presidents of other republican institutions, the president of Haali pular, the president of the Mandingo Union, the president of the Forestry Union, the leaders of political parties, civil society and other Associations.
The Executive Office expresses its deep gratitude to the President of the Republic and his Government for the best arrangements relating to the organization of the funeral on Monday, November 4 according to the following program:
1- Lifting of the body at 7:30 a.m. at the Sino-Guinean hospital in Kipé,
2- Symposium at the People’s Palace at 9 a.m.,
3- Departure of the mortal remains from Kountigui towards Bouramayah from 10 a.m.,
4- Burial in Bouramayah-Tanènè after the 2 p.m. prayer…
The Executive Office of the Union of Lower Guinea invites the populations to mobilize massively at the People’s Palace and at Bouramayah Tanènè to pay a last and vibrant tribute worthy of the rank of the illustrious deceased.
