The Medical Supply Authority announced that a number of hospitals, medical centers, golden complexes, and health services departments in the regions had delivered their allocations of medical supplies through their representatives.
The allocations were distributed, according to the agency’s statement, to: University Hospital – Tripoli, Al-Zawiya Medical Center, Health Services Center – Sorman, Al-Shuwayrif General Hospital, and the Qurayyat Health Services Administration.
The distribution of these allocations according to the device comes in implementation of the work plan for the current year to provide medical supply items through public and local donations, to cover the health sector’s needs for medicines and medical supplies and deliver them to the branches affiliated with the device, which in turn will deliver them to hospitals and health facilities to ensure that they reach the patients who deserve them.
The agency also handed over its two branches in the central and western regions their allocations of dialysis equipment and general medicines.
The agency confirmed that Sabratha hospitals had received dialysis machines, general medicines, and medical supplies, in addition to Ali Omar Askar Hospital in Isbe’a, the Zawiya and Surman health services departments, and the Gharyan Complex Clinic, receiving their allocations of medicines and disinfectants.
The director of the agency’s warehouses and distribution department confirmed that deliveries are proceeding at a regular pace according to the work plan approved by the relevant departments, and with direct follow-up from the head of the management committee to ensure that all branches, hospitals, medical centers and health services departments in the regions receive their full allocations.
In the same context, he praised the efforts made by warehouse workers in their various specializations in delivering operations and dealing with delegates with all openness.
The agency indicated that its warehouses are continuing daily deliveries to all branches according to the orders referred to the competent departments of the agency.
