Dev Anand told in his biography that he and Suraiya loved each other very much. One day he came to know that Suraiya’s family had forbidden the actress from talking to them. The actress’s mother was very fond of Dev and even helped him in his meeting. But they had no idea that this would be their last meeting before heartbreak.
