TORREÓN, COAH.- Mayor Román Alberto Cepeda González, accompanied by Mrs. Selina Bremer de Cepeda, honorary president of the System for the Comprehensive Development of the Family (DIF) Keepled the ceremony for the beginning of the school year of the organization’s School of Technical Nursing, from which 54 students will graduate at the end of this semester.

Mrs. Selina Bremer de Cepeda, honorary president of DIF Torreón, welcomed the 190 students of the School of Nursing to the new school year.
