Draft presented to abolish German ban on advertising abortion – Germany

Berlin – For gynecologists in Germany, it will soon no longer be a criminal offense to provide information about abortions on their website. Justice Minister Marco Buschmann (FDP) presented on Monday a draft for the repeal of Paragraph 219a of the Criminal Code, which prohibits “advertising for the termination of pregnancy”.
