Ideological indoctrination in classrooms is a reality that has caused concern in many families, but also among good education professionals. Christian teacher Verônica Rodrigues, for example, once again made a serious complaint about the existence of material aimed at students that supports the LGBT+ agenda.
The complaint is about the children’s series “Que Corpo É Esse?”, which is part of an initiative called Projeto Crescer Sem Violência, carried out in partnership between Childhood Brasil, UNICEF Brasil and the well-known Canal Futura.
The teacher said that when she received records from a science book, whose theme is “sexuality”, she observed that at the end of the chapter of the work there were some recommendations. Aware of how ideological indoctrination works, she decided to “check” this information.
This is how teacher Verônica Rodrigues arrived at the series “Que Corpo É Esse?”, recommended by the material for use by teachers and students. On the Futura website you can see how the season 1 episode is described:
“Chris’s boyfriend’s best friend confesses to him that he is gay. Shocked by the information, he wonders about the future of their friendship and Chris talks to him about homophobia and signals that he needs to give his friend all the support at this time, especially because he trusted his friendship to share this very important discovery. ”, it says the description.
Already in site from Childhood it is said that the series that supposedly deals “from the discovery of genitals to complex topics such as homophobia and sexting” can be seen by “children, teenagers, families or educators”, with the aim of developing knowledge “about the importance self-protection, open dialogue, knowledge of one’s own body and respect.”
Early sexualization?
Verônica Rodrigues, in turn, highlighted excerpts from some chapters of the series, where it is possible to clearly observe the defense of homosexuality and other themes, such as feminism, which contradict the Christian worldview.
In one of the moments it is possible to observe an illustration of a naked child who walks around the house and at one point appears to be masturbating. The excerpt seems to suggest the discovery of the body by children, which is natural to a certain extent, but it also gives room to understand that minors can have complete freedom in exploring their sexuality.
