The audio launch of the film was held in a grand manner. The basis of the discussions was the release of the Malayalam dubbed version of the ceremony held in Tamil Nadu.

‘The Legend’ is directed by JD-Jerry. Saravanan plays the role of a scientist in the film. This film is Saravanan’s dream project. The film was shot in sets built at a cost of crores of rupees, in foreign countries and in different parts of Tamil Nadu.
Urvashi Rautela and Geetika Tiwari, who represented India in the Miss Universe 2015 pageant, are the heroines of the film.
The songs directed by Harris Jayaraj were a huge hit. Songs are written by Vairamuthu, Kabilan, Madan Karki, Pa Vijay and Snehan. Prabhu, Yogi Babu, Thambi Ramaiah, Vijayakumar, Nassar, Mailsamy, Kovai Sarala and Mansoor Ali Khan are all lined up in the film. Saravanan is also the producer. Listin Stephen’s Magic Frames is distributing the film in Kerala.
