Today, Thursday, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the launch of a platform for opening academic files for employees studying outside Iraq.
The Ministry stated in a statement – received by the (INA) – that “the electronic application platform for opening academic files for employees studying outside Iraq has been launched, in accordance with Law 20 of 2020 (study during employment or assignment at private expense).”
The statement added, “Application begins as of today, Thursday, 12/5/2024, by the employee filling out his data via the platform link: (https://portal.scrd-gate.gov.iq)
