Electricity tariffs: Reductions of up to 16% for the green in February [πίνακας] – Financial Postman

by time news

Electricity providers made reductions in their special or green tariffs during the month of February.

According to the tariffs posted on its website by the Waste Energy and Water Regulatory Authority suppliers have dropped up to 16% compared to January final prices (including, where available, consistency discounts).

The price range

Thus, the range of final electricity supply prices ranges from 0.11 to just over 0.14 euros per kilowatt hour.

The decreases are attributed to the de-escalation of TTF natural gas prices and the wholesale electricity market.

And for this month providers shape the final commission prices by providing consistency discounts for paying bills. That is, the final prices are linked to the timely payment of electricity bills.

Tiered charges

For February, providers such as PPC and Elpedison shape the final electricity supply prices with the amount of consumption.

The PPC in the green tariff of Γ1/Γ1N gives a final electricity price for the first 500 kilowatt hours per month at 0.128 euros per kilowatt hour and for the next 500 kilowatt hours per month at 0.1376 euros per kilowatt hour.

Elpedison for the first 100 kilowatt-hours per month announced a final price of 0.11 euros per kilowatt-hour, and for the part of consumption from the 101st kilowatt-hour and above, the final electricity supply price rises to 0.1465 euros per kilowatt-hour.
