DPS-New Beginning will govern with any party that covers our ideas, said the mayor of Kardzhali
54% of the voters in Kardzhali voted for DPS-New Beginning. These data were announced by the mayor of Kardzhali, Erol Myumyun.
“DPS-New Beginning is ready to govern with any party that has coverage of our ideas and our program. I cannot answer whether a dialogue with the Alliance for Rights and Freedoms is possible and under what conditions. We do not need to get into specifics ” said Myumyun.
He announced that the results of DPS – New Beginning are truly impressive and astonishing.
“I want to thank everyone. Based on the election campaign that took place and despite the pressure that was put on all our fellow citizens and voters. Many lies were told that citizenships would be revoked, that pensions and benefits would be stopped. These lies were uttered by these people who broke away from the Movement for Rights and Freedoms and created a coalition of them,” Meumune said.
“Thank you to everyone who chose the new beginning. The best is yet to come,” he said.
Mümyun presented data according to which the coalition around Delyan Peevski won 31,500 against 26,500 for the Alliance for Rights and Freedoms at the regional level. Again, according to these data, in Kardzhali, 54% of the voters voted for “New Beginning” – according to Mümun, this is “four times more” than the Alliance for Rights and Freedoms.
“The Movement for Rights and Freedoms has always been the party that led a balanced policy and strove for Bulgaria to have a regular government and get out of this cycle. You know that the last government survived thanks to the DPS balancer. The formula is as follows – the important thing is to have a regular cabinet and for this cabinet to work in the interest and benefit of the citizens. It is time for the new beginning to return the state to the people and work only for the people’s interest,” the mayor of Kardzhali also stated.
He explained that DPS-New Beginning is always inclined to make compromises when it is in the interest of the citizens of Bulgaria.
