/ The draw for the 2024 European Cup finals, scheduled to be held in Germany from June 14 to July 14, was drawn this evening, Saturday, in the German city of Hamburg.
The draw resulted in the following groups:

After that, the teams that have qualified so far for Euro 2024 were identified, and the draw system and the four pots that included the teams were explained, which were divided according to their classification. The first pot included the teams of Germany, Portugal, France, Spain, Belgium, and England, while the second pot included the teams of Hungary, Turkey, Romania, Denmark, Albania, and Austria.
The Netherlands, Scotland, Slovenia, Slovakia and the Czech Republic ranked in the third pot, followed by the teams of Switzerland, Serbia and Italy, in addition to three teams that qualified from the playoff.

After explaining the lottery system, the Euro mascot was revealed, which is a bear named Albert, who contributed to drawing the name of the German team and placing it in the first group.
Germany is hosting the European Championship for the second time in its history, the first being in 1988 under the name West Germany, when the Netherlands won the title by defeating the Soviet Union (2-0) in the final.
The Euro 2024 finals will be held in Berlin, the capital, and the cities of Munich, Dortmund, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Gelsenkirchen, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Cologne and Leipzig.
