Chaired by Carlos René Hernandez Castillo, the Salvadoran parliamentary delegation will hold a series of meetings with officials and make field visits to learn about the major projects undertaken by the Kingdom of Morocco, under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI , thus establishing Morocco as a leader in several areas, indicates a press release from the House of Representatives.
The talks, in which MP Abdelfattah El Aouni, president of the Morocco-El Salvador Parliamentary Friendship Group, took part, as well as the Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador in Rabat, Ignacio de Cossio Perez de Mendoza, made it possible to review the parliamentary experiences of the two countries, emphasizing the importance of these visits to strengthen bilateral and multilateral parliamentary cooperation and coordination in various international forums, in favor of joint parliamentary action serving the interests of Morocco and the Salvador, underlines the press release.
During this meeting, adds the same source, the two parties also emphasized the means of developing relations between the two countries, based on mutual respect, the defense of international peace and security and common action for development and human prosperity.
The meeting was an opportunity to exchange views on numerous issues of common parliamentary interest such as migration, food and energy security, investment, the green economy, education, health and digital transformation, concludes the press release.
