Meteorologist Abdul Aziz Al Hussaini said that this year is the ninth extreme cold since the beginning of winter. Over the past two days, several provinces of the country have experienced extreme cold.
The capital, Riyadh, experienced mild winter conditions last week. But yesterday, the daytime temperature dropped to 19 degrees Celsius and 14 degrees Celsius at night. The Meteorological Center has also stated that cold winds will be felt till Monday.

Tabuk, Al Jouf and Hail in the Northern Province experience the most winter in the country. Officials also informed that due to snowfall in these places, the temperature may drop to minus one degree Celsius.
