Valtteri Bottas wins the Turkish GP at the Istanbul Park circuit. The Finnish Mercedes driver, who started from pole position, dominates the race losing the leadership only for a few laps after the pit stop. Behind him the two Dutch Red Bulls Max Verstappen, who returns to the top of the world rankings and the Mexican Sergio Perez.
Fourth place for the Ferrari of Monegasque Charles Leclerc, who was also in the lead after delaying the pit stop, leaving behind the English Mercedes Lewis Hamilton, author of a race to recover from 11th place on the grid and the French from Alpha Tauri Pierre Gasly.
To complete the top ten the English of McLaren Lando Norris, the Spaniard Carlos Sainz with the second red, eighth a good comeback from the last row, the Canadian of Aston Martin Lance Stroll and the French of Alpine Esteban Ocon, tenth and first of the dubbed pilots. Verstappen leads the world championship with 262.5 points, 6 ahead of Hamilton.
