Fad of wealthy people or fascinating tradition? At the heart of a hunt in the forest of Rambouillet

The rallying point is fixed at 10.30 am in front of the aptly named pond of the Coupe-gorge. A hunting rendezvous that cannot be invented. In the middle of the Rambouillet forest (Yvelines), we spent six hours tracking a deer in the rain with the Bonnelles-Rambouillet rally. This crew, one of the largest in France, has been hunting with hounds there for 150 years.
