Mohsin Naqvi: Thank you for having me. The Frontier Constabulary plays a vital role in ensuring safety and security in regions like Dera Ismail Khan. We are equipping the FC with state-of-the-art technologies, including communication systems, surveillance equipment, and advanced protective gear. All of these enhancements are aimed at making our law enforcement agencies more effective in combating terrorism and other security threats.
Editor: It’s inspiring to hear about the investment in modern equipment. However, alongside technology, a human factor remains essential. You mentioned the sacrifices of ten FC personnel. How do these sacrifices impact the morale and commitment of the remaining officers?
Mohsin Naqvi: The bravery and sacrifices of our men and women in uniform are unparalleled. These martyrs exemplify courage and dedication. Every sacrifice strengthens our collective resolve in the war against terrorism. Their legacy motivates their comrades to uphold the highest standards of duty and commitment. It is our responsibility to honor them by ensuring that we keep striving for peace and safety for our citizens.

Mohsin Naqvi: Absolutely. Building relationships based on respect and trust with the community is crucial. Young officers must treat people well and engage effectively with the public. Their actions should reflect integrity, discipline, and a willingness to serve. When officers are seen helping others without expecting anything in return, they create a strong bond with the community, transforming their image positively. This connection is what truly defines a good officer.

Ultimately, when you serve with integrity, you will earn trust and respect, which is crucial in this profession.
