On 16 October, the Lisieux Commercial Court ordered the opening of liquidation proceedings without continuation of activity for Cottage Consulting, a company that owns one of the lands hosting the tourist complex. At the hearing he reported that the Figaro was able to consult, the court found that the structure «is no longer able to continue the execution of the recovery plan adopted on 12 June 2019 as it does not have sufficient cash flows and has not been able to obtain, despite the measures adopted, external financing as a contribution».
