Fkih Ben Salah: Presentation of the qualification and empowerment program for women project leaders

During this meeting organized by the Association of the Family, Orphans and Abandoned, a social incubator in the province of Fkih Ben Salah in partnership with the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH) and the provincial representations of Social center, the women’s qualification project planned as part of the qualification and empowerment program for women project leaders and people with disabilities was presented, and which ultimately aims to provide training and the qualification of 300 women from the province in the fields of entrepreneurship and management in order to facilitate their inclusion in the labor market.

The training and qualification period will be crowned by the selection of 26 projects of pioneering women who will benefit from funding in the towns of Souk Es Sebt Ouled Nemma and Fkih Ben Salah.

Speaking on this occasion, the president of the Association of the Family, Orphans and Abandoned, Zohra Laaroubi, stressed that this meeting comes after a first stage during which the selection of 300 women carrying income-generating projects which will benefit from training and careful support in order to improve their knowledge and expertise in the field of business creation with the aim of promoting their integration into working life.

For his part, Hicham Kinani, member of the Association, indicated that this project is being implemented with the strong support of the INDH, stakeholders from the Social Center, the prefecture of the Fkih Ben Salah province as well as the Regional Council, specifying that a total of 26 particularly innovative projects will be selected.

During this ceremony, several testimonies were presented on the exceptional and inspiring journey as well as the pioneering experiences of courageous women who distinguished themselves thanks to their projects initiated as part of this program.
