On Saturday the famous Florentine museum will be the protagonist of a special evening opening, from 7 pm to 10 pm, at the symbolic cost of a single euro

Masterpieces of art to be admired in the twilight, a glass to toast while enjoying the sunset on the beautiful terrace of the Loggia dei Lanzi. After two years the Uffizi Gallery opens again ‘by night’, and free: it will take place this Saturday, July 3, on the occasion of the European Night of Museums promoted by the Ministry of Culture. The famous Florentine museum will be the protagonist of a special evening opening, from 7 pm to 10 pm, at the symbolic cost of a single euro (subject to the free tickets provided for by the legislation in force for state museums): the last time it happened in 2019. Reservation will not be necessary. an excellent opportunity to enjoy the museum’s masterpieces in a different, more intimate light, that of sunset and evening – comments the director Eike Schmidt – and also, why not, for a toast at the restart on the beautiful terrace of the Uffizi. Not only the Uffizi, will also join the European Night of Museums Accademy’s Gallery and the Bargello Museum.
